Signing Kenny Britt would be a mistake by Eagles

Conclusion

Kenny Britt could be a very solid second receiver for the Eagles.

If Roseman is able to land Brandin Cooks in a trade or draft Mike Williams or Corey Davis, than this may be a solid and inexpensive move (depending on the details of the contract).

The Eagles have other needs that may be just as important fixing their issues at wide receiver. They also need to pay attention to the cornerback and running back positions.

With a rich pool of free agent wide receivers and a bonafide star in Brandin Cooks on the trade block, the Eagles could fill the hole at wideout without relying on the draft.

The idea of giving an inflated contract to Britt sounds a little shaky.

There could be more moves to follow, but if the Eagles stay put after signing Britt, they could be making a mistake.
