Are there any free agent RB’s still on the market for the Eagles?

A few big name running backs are still on the market, would any of them fit on the Eagles roster this season?

The Philadelphia Eagles made some big signings on offense to start free agency this season. They brought in some big name receivers and added an offensive lineman and cornerback. With a big question mark at the running back position, it was sort of shocking to see that they didn’t make a run for a new rusher.

While Ryan Mathews was decent in his two years with the Eagles, his play on the field was overshadowed with constant durability issues. Darren Sproles is aging and set to retire after this year and we have no clue what Wendell Smallwood‘s role will be for the next couple seasons.

Do the Eagles plan to use one of their draft picks on one of these new running backs coming out of college? Or is there still a veteran free agent on the market the Eagles should pursue? Lets take a look at some of the free agent backs that are still available.
