6. New York Jets: S Malik Hooker, Ohio State

The Jets pass on a signal caller to lock up secondary help. Hooker is the first step in rebuilding what was an abysmal secondary last season.

Hooker finished with seven interceptions, three of which went for scores at Ohio State in 2016. Easily the best player available.
