Nelson Agholor, wide receiver

Everybody relax for a second. Yes, it is only OTA’s, but it is time to invest a little faith in this kid. Nelson Agholor walked into the NovaCare Complex this Summer with a whole new attitude. He seemed excited and motivated during his post practice interviews and is even keeping track of his mistakes after practice.

His attitude is a plus, but that isn’t the only thing that he improved this offseason. He’s, seriously, looked solid during his drills. In fact, it was a few days before he finally dropped a pass during practice. Now, before we get too excited, lets make sure we keep our expectations low for the guy. It was only OTAs. He may not come in and start performing like a first-round pick, but any type of improvement is a plus for the former USC Trojan. Limited playing time and less pressure could mean more production out of Agholor. With attention being shifted to other Eagles receivers, Agholor could be left open, giving him more opportunities.
