The Philadelphia Eagles have finished the offseason, and they made plenty of surprising moves prior to the start of the 2017 season.

The time has come. Week one of the NFL season is hours away, and the “City of Brotherly Love” is ready. We all recently saw the release of the Philadelphia Eagles‘ official hype video courtesy of the official team site. That got us all going.

If you missed it, we’ve got you covered. Take a look:

Most Eagles fans have gone through a case of shock and awe as they watch some beloved and beleaguered members of their team traded and cut. They’ve watched the development of their former rookie quarterback and (hopefully) the growth of their receiving corps. It’s been four years since they made the playoffs, and last season they faced a competitive NFC East division.

Week one gives the Eagles a chance to revisit their divisional rival the Washington Redskins. Both organizations are missing former key elements at the wide receiver position, Jordan Matthews and DeSean Jackson respectively. Still, the two squads are ready to do battle again at FedExField and kickoff the 2017 season with an early stranglehold in the NFC East.

What can we expect? We’re glad you asked.
