Intangibles: A- (94%)

Some of what separates great quarterbacks from those that are average is the ability to do those things, physically, that others just dream about. Think about the way he moved in the pocket against the Pittsburgh Steelers when he escaped pressure and found Darren Sproles for that long touchdown pass.

Think about that first touchdown pass of the season against the Redskins. There are only a few quarterbacks that could have done that. Most don’t play anymore, Michael Vick or Steve Young for instance. The ones that still play are far and few between, but we can throw Aaron Rodgers and Ben Roethlisberger in that category. Whenever you can place your quarterback in the same sentence with those guys and do so successfully, you’re in pretty good shape.

Off-field character: A+ (100%)

This guy spends his spare time and disposable income giving to charity, going on mission trips and creating foundations. His AO1 Foundation‘s mission statement is to to “demonstrate the love of God by providing opportunities and support for the less fortunate and those in need.”

He’s had no off-field issues and seems to grow more mature by the day. Does anything else need to be said?
