As mid season approaches, how have the 2017 Eagles rookies done so far?

The 2017 NFL season has officially reached the halfway point as week eight comes to an end. The Philadelphia Eagles are currently the top team in the entire NFL with a record of 7-1. It feels like just yesterday the Eagles fans were crowding around The Art Museum in Philadelphia for the 2017 NFL Draft screaming the fight song after every selection.

After that long weekend of rookies being drafted in April, a majority of NFL analysts and media reporters were applauding the Eagles for what seemed like a successful draft. After multiple months of workouts and preseason, things didn’t look as good for the 2017 selections as they once did. Multiple guys were on the chopping block and were under performing. Some were even losing out position battles to undrafted players.

As of right now, the Eagles do not quite have a superstar out of the 2017 Draft.  That doesn’t mean that there aren’t some guys that are developing into one, though. As we head into the second-half of the season, let’s take a look at how the 2017 rookies have done so far this year.
