7. Dallas is hoping and praying that OT Tyron Smith can go.

Remember the first game Halapoulivaati Vaitai played in when Lane Johnson got suspended a season ago? Well, that’s kind of what happened to Chaz Green of the Cowboys a week ago against the Atlanta Falcons. Green gave up five sacks before Dallas hit the panic button and shuffled in Byron Bell. In all, Dak Prescott was sacked eight times and hit another ten times with Tyron Smith missing from the lineup.

If he can’t go, the Eagles defensive line and some timely Eagles blitzes will afford Dallas the opportunities to make some plays

8. Lane Johnson has the unenviable task of stopping Demarcus Lawrence.

Coming into Week 11 of the NFL season, Cowboys defensive end Demarcus Lawrence leads the NFL in sacks. Fortunately the Eagles will have Lane Johnson positioned in front of him. Had it been anyone else, this might get ugly. Even with that being said, expect Lawrence to beat Johnson a few times and make some plays. He’s that good. Let’s just hope nothing too tragic happens.

9. Philly should be able to force Dallas into becoming one dimensional.

We almost made it through an entire story without bringing up the Ezekiel Elliott suspension, but it was just too tempting . Elliott’s six-game suspension began a week ago, and by the looks of things, it isn’t quite time to state that the Cowboys’ recent run of success isn’t entirely attributable to Dak Prescott.

If Philly gets out to an early lead, and the Eagles defense can “pin their ears back” and play in attack mode all night, this may be a fun game for Eagles fans.
