Kamu Grugier-Hill, ST

Kamu Grugier-Hill has been an unfamiliar name from the Eagles locker room this season. The linebacker is strictly utilized on special teams where he has recently made a name for himself in the city of Philadelphia.

Normally, the dominant special teams unit is led by the one and only, Chris Maragos. But since he went down with a season-ending injury, Grugier-Hill took over and made a name for himself on the special teams unit.

Just two week’s ago Grugier-Hill was leading the NFC in special teams voting. It looked like he was going to be a lock to get in until the final week’s leading up to the official announcements. Although he was issued an alternative vote, it was shocking to see Grugier-Hill lose the lead in the voting when it really mattered.
