SEATTLE, WA – DECEMBER 03: Running back Corey Clement /

Corey Clement, RB

Corey Clement has been a great contributor this season. As an undrafted free agent, he has gone above and beyond any expectations set for him. Although he is listed as the third running back on the depth chart, he has still been very clutch in certain situations. So clutch that he started to be recognized as the Eagles red zone specialist.

Clement has served as the Eagles replacement for Darren Sproles this year in the backfield. He is utilized in crucial short yardage situations and can be relied on for both running and catching. Aside from a few games where the Eagles were playing in garbage time, Clement hasn’t received a large workload. This week it wouldn’t be surprising to see him get a decent amount of carries.

The Eagles will most likely use Jay Ajayi and LeGarrette Blount to start the game off but then eventually let Clement and Kenjon Barner take the reigns. Considering Clement will most likely be on the Eagles roster next season, he will probably lead the team in carries this week.
