The NFL Playoffs is just days away from kicking off! Who might be the first opponent for the Philadelphia Eagles?

It feels like just yesterday we were heading into Week One after a long offseason. Now we are here in the new year with a whole new season ready to get set underway. Only this time, not all 32 NFL teams are involved. This week, eight teams will go toe-to-toe to try and make their way to the divisional round of the playoffs. Meanwhile, four teams will be sitting at home getting a good look at their next opponent. The rest, well, better luck next season!

For the Philadelphia Eagles, they have a few potential opponents that will be making their way to Philly in two weeks. After locking in the number one seed a few weeks back, the Eagles’ made it impossible to have to play on the road as long as they stay alive in the post-season.

While the national media and the public bash the potential of the Eagles, the team is working hard to gear up for their next battle. They decided to go to war this week at practice rather than take a step back and settle down. With an opportunity to play at home all the way to the Super Bowl, they know that they have to take advantage of all of their regular season rewards.

The NFC has been a tough conference this season. No opponent that comes through Philly next week will be a cakewalk. But with the crowd rooting for the Eagles and the weather becoming difficult for teams that are used to warmth, the Eagles have a major advantage on their side. So, who could potentially be the next opponent for the Eagles in round two?
