Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Daryl Worley was arrested on Sunday, April 15th, and with that, his run in ‘The City of Brotherly Love’ may be over.

Those of you who worried about whether or not the trade that brought Daryl Worley to the Philadelphia Eagles was a wise will never get an answer. In each of our minds, we, no doubt, created our own depth chart and imagined the possibilities. Unfortunately, when most of us woke up on Sunday, or shortly thereafter, we were greeted with some bad news concerning Philly’s new cornerback.

Just in case you missed it. Ian Rapoport, an NFL Insider for the NFL Network and NFL.com, had some very bad news for Eagles fans. Worley was arrested at 6 AM EST on Sunday Morning after he was found passed out in the vehicle by Philly police. He, allegedly became combative, was tased and a gun was recovered (possibly Worley’s).

Philly moved swiftly by releasing Worley before the calendar turned from Sunday to Monday:

Things aren’t looking too good. According to Tim McManus, an Eagles beat reporter for ESPNWorley’s been charged with six offenses. Here’s the tweet from McManus’ account.
