Just because individual players went undrafted, doesn’t mean they can’t make an impact.

Seven rounds came and went for the Philadelphia Eagles 2018 NFL Draft. They ended up finishing with a stellar draft class filled with only five picks. While this year’s draft was more focused on the future rather than the present, the Eagles still have to make sure they pack on some quality additions for depth purposes in 2018. After all, depth is what helped them achieve their Super Bowl dreams last season.

Early-round selections were all the hype in this year’s draft. Despite the Eagles not spending a first or third-round pick on any player, they still might’ve found value in the middle-to-late rounds this past weekend. After all, some of the Eagles current playmakers didn’t come with an enormous price to pay.

Just think, Jalen Mills was one of the top defenders for the Eagles in 2017. The Eagles selected him in the seventh round. And running back Corey Clement didn’t even get drafted last season; he ended up being a significant part of the Eagles Super Bowl success, primarily when it was crunch time. So just because a player didn’t get drafted, doesn’t mean they can’t help contribute to the team. Who could potentially be the next Clement-like success story for the Eagles in 2018?
