Chandon Sullivan, CB

Chandon Sullivan just finished up his fourth and final year in the NCAA from Georgia State. The cornerback may have been well known on the football field, but that wasn’t the only aspect of college he excelled in. Sullivan was known to be a star student in the classroom at Georgia State, which is a rare quality for a football player on his way to the NFL.

Although Sullivan went undrafted, the Eagles naturally picked him up as a developmental project for the cornerback position. This year, the Eagles front office has an itch for young defensive backs. Despite being pretty much set for success on the outside at cornerback, the Eagles still need to see what they have in the nickel. Hence why they may continue to bring on young guys to try out for the position.

Sullivan’s focus in the classroom may very well be why the Eagles want to bring him in. As we all know, this team loves a film junkie. Sullivan’s chances of making the final roster are quite slim at the moment, but he could be a valuable addition to the Eagles practice squad.
