After various open practices, which Philadelphia Eagles players are showing out?

The OTA portion of the NFL offseason can be frustrating. While we all get excited about football being partially back, we have to take every bit of analysis with a grain of salt. None of the players are sporting full pads as of now. OTAs are just for helmets and ball shorts. Just because the practices aren’t physical though, doesn’t mean you can’t get a good grasp on who has the potential of standing out further down the line.

Take Philadelphia Eagles veteran wide receiver Nelson Agholor, for example. Before 2017 OTAs, Agholor was public enemy number one to the Eagles fan base due to his first two years in the league being a major disappointment. But the third-year wideout turned some heads last year as early as OTAs. And while many Eagles fans got hype, there was still a handful of fans who just shrugged it off as nothing, considering there was no contact.

Sure enough, though, Agholor had a breakout season. Now, he is recognized as one of the most dangerous slot receivers in the NFL. Obviously, this won’t always be the case. OTA hype will not always translate into the regular season. But it is still okay to keep an eye on some potential studs as training camp approaches in a couple of months. So, who is standing out at OTAs so far?
