Those Philadelphia Eagles fans travel well and make it known. Even when the Eagles aren’t playing.

Anybody can talk about how bad and annoying Philadelphia Eagles fans are all they want. You can never deny the die-hard mentality of that fanbase, though. Man, those fans are surely something else. For the last two seasons, the fandom has been off the charts. Not only was Lincoln Financial Field one of the toughest stadiums to play in for visiting teams, but the Eagles fans were also traveling all over to attempt a take over at other fields as well.

For example, recently the Eagles fan base decided that they wanted to turn the divisional rival game against the Washington Redskins into a home game for the Birds. Seeing as though the Skins’ were technically eliminated from playoff contention, their fans couldn’t seem to care less. Therefore, Eagles fans packed Fed Ex Field and made it known that they were there to cheer on the visitors, and not the home team.

Eagles fans truly love their team. And ever since the Eagles returned the love to their fans by bringing home a Super Bowl, the love has been quite over the top. It doesn’t take a football game to get Eagles fans going anymore. If another Philly sports team is playing at home, there’s a guarantee that you will hear Eagles chants in the crowd.

What’s really shocking though, is when another Philly team is on the road, and you still can hear Eagles chants in the crowd. Recently, the Philadelphia 76ers traveled to Phoenix to take on the Suns, and randomly in the background, you can listen to Philly fans chanting for their football team on the broadcast. Check it out!

Eagles fans go crazy in Phoenix

How ridiculous is that?! The Sixers were on the road on Wednesday night playing in Phoenix, and an Eagles chant broke out in the crowd and came up as clear as day on the television broadcast. Even the Sixers announcer Marc Zumoff acknowledged the madness coming from the crowd. Seeing as though the Eagles have a playoff game this weekend, it’s expected that Philly fans would be beyond hype about it. However, we didn’t really expect to hear any Eagles chants in Phoenix, Arizona!

Maybe there were some Nick Foles fans in the arena? Who knows? We do know one thing though – we can expect a lot more Eagles chants at Sixers games for the next few weeks if the Eagles do start to go on another magical playoff run once again this season. We all saw how crazy the crowds got last year at Sixers games during the Eagles run to the Super Bowl. Don’t expect this year to be any different.
