As we turn the page from a thrilling Philadelphia Eagles win in Chicago to a road trip to the ‘Big Easy’, we look at some of the best social media posts.

After the Alabama Crimson Tide got smoked by the Clemson Tigers, there was something that kept getting said, and it was loudest when it was stated in a conversation between Colin Cowherd and Joel Klatt on Cowherd’s highly-popular FS1 show, The Herd. ‘One’s a factory. One’s a family’. That family word keeps coming up with the Philadelphia Eagles as well.

We’ve heard it during a Super Bowl run and after the Eagles hoisted the Lombardi Trophy. We’ve heard it and crisis, and recently, after Philly advanced to the Divisional Round of the Playoffs, we heard it again from defensive tackle Timmy Jernigan.

Take a look at this one.

Now, thanks to the ‘Double Doink’ heard around the world, the Eagles get a second shot at the top-seeded New Orleans Saints. It’s time to set their sights on the team that handed ‘The Birds’ their worst loss of the season.

Wins and losses are forgotten quickly in the current NFL, but after an emotional loss, no one can blame the Eagles players for celebrating a little.

No one can blame the fans for a little elation. No one can blame the ‘City of Brotherly Love’ for green lights in the skyline or their celebration of one of the most memorable missed field goals in team history.

Philly’s PECO Building lit up the sky on Monday.

It’s now the job of the Eagles coaching staff to refocus ‘The Birds’. Recently, head coach Doug Pederson sat down with Eagles Insider Dave Spadaro to discuss wins, losses and a few other things.

Take a gander.
