23. Ronald Darby, CB

Ronald Darby has barely played more than half of a season in both of his year’s with the Eagles. A dislocated ankle in 17′, and now he’s coming off of a torn ACL from 18′. At this point, Darby’s upside is his age. At age 25, Darby is still considered to be one of the top cornerback’s available. We’ve seen a fair share of struggles while he was in Philly, but he’s also been very clutch at times as well. Darby may get paid, but it probably won’t be here.

19. Brandon Graham, DE

Brandon Graham might be the impending free agent that the Eagles could prioritize. Although he isn’t a sack master, Graham has proven to be clutch and has a knack for getting constant pressure on the quarterback. Unfortunately, this year’s market will be generous to pass rushers. Could he come back to Philly on a discount? Or is he going to follow the payday elsewhere?

9. Nick Foles, QB

Nick Foles is clearly the top quarterback available when March rolls around. Before the 2018 season concluded, Foles was rumored to have a giant market. Unfortunately, since then, Foles’ market is beginning to disappear as the offseason progresses. And with potentially three quarterbacks’s looking to be selected in the first round, that could kill Foles’ chance to get paid like a franchise quarterback truly. The bottom line is that Foles is the top quarterback in free agency. Being that quarterback is such a critical position, it makes sense as to why he ended up cracking the top ten on this list.
