What’s going on around the NFC East? Well, the Philadelphia Eagles could benefit from some of these gains and losses, that’s for sure.

You’ve got to love what’s going on in the NFC East division right now. For the Philadelphia Eagles, there’s a lot of positive scenarios happening. A lot can change over time, but for now, the Eagles are quietly having one of the better offseasons in the division. As the New York Giants continue to struggle with what they are doing on their offense, they don’t seem too adamant about making any upgrades this season right now, which is terrible for them.

As for the Washington Redskins, well, they have a ton of work to do. Unfortunately, they are planning to be without their starting quarterback Alex Smith this year since he suffered an injury late in the season. Now, they have to try and find a temporary replacement that will have to get into a not-so-interesting battle with Colt McCoy.

The Dallas Cowboys, on the other hand, they aren’t having a terrible offseason. As they try and take care of their own though, things are going a bit sour. As we pointed out earlier in the week, they are struggling to lock down their top pass rusher, so they were forced to tag DeMarcus Lawrence in order to buy themselves time to negotiate a long-term deal.

In the process though, they are trying to make another long-term deal happen as well. Let’s dive into the NFC East roundup and go into depth with what’s going on around the division.
