The Philadelphia Eagles formally introduced their new running back Jordan Howard to the media on Monday.

Everything is going right for the Philadelphia Eagles this offseason. As they are preparing for the 2019 NFL Draft, the offseason moves aren’t stopping. First, Howie Roseman and the front office made some significant signings at the start of the Free Agency period. Then, Howie decided to make some calls to see who he can wheel n’ deal with. Luckily, the Chicago Bears answered and came through with a trade involving their running back, Jordan Howard.

With the cost of a 2020 sixth-round pick, the Eagles ended up with Howard. Seeing as though the backfield has become their weakest position on the offense, bringing Howard in really changes the perspective of this team. The 28th ranked backfield in 2018, just got the running back with the third-most rushing yards since 2016. Howie strikes again.

As Jordan Howard arrived in Philly this weekend for the first time since the trade, he prepared to meet the local media at the Nova Care Complex on Monday. Per usual, he stood in front of a ton of reporters just firing away with answers to everybody’s questions. By the sound of it, Howard is going to enjoy his time in Philadelphia. Here’s what else we learned about his introductory press conference on Monday afternoon.
