Philadelphia Eagles 2019 NFL Draft watch: The Top 10 Defensive tackles
1. Quinnen Williams
Some people think Quinnen Williams is the best player in the draft outside of Nick Bosa. Others have Williams rated higher. It just depends on who you ask. Scratch this one off of the list ladies and gentlemen.
There’s no way Philly’s getting their hands on him.
2. Ed Oliver
There’s Carson Wentz’s ‘Wentz Wagon’, and there’s the hype train in Philly that surrounded Ed Oliver. The talent can’t be questioned, but after what seemed to be a bad meeting between Oliver and ‘The Birds’, all of the talk of Philly trading up to get him seems to have evaporated.
He’s still, potentially, a top-ten selection. Someone will take a chance on him, but for all intents and purposes, it doesn’t appear that will be Philly.
3. Christian Wilkins
Here’s a realistic possibility for Eagles fans. His name has been linked to Philly in rumors and mocks. Some teams have him ranked high, but there’s also a belief that he may slide to Philly and be taken at 25.
If he’s on the board, don’t be surprised if ‘The Birds’ take him.
