1. Jawaan Taylor

Here’s the valedictorian of this class at his position. Taylor won’t be around past pick number ten. He’s a shoo-in to be a difference maker at the right tackle position. NFL scouts also believe he has the skills to be a solid left tackle for a long time.

We’re pretty sure he’s on every team picking in the top ten’s draft board.

2. Andre Dillard

Dillard is probably a top-20 selection who, believe it or not, ran a 4.96 40 at the most recent combine despite tipping the scales at well over 315 pounds. He’s been called the best pure left tackle in this year’s selection meeting, and get this.

He may actually even be a better pass blocker than Taylor.

3. Cody Ford

Here’s a guy listed as a tackle/guard hybrid that might be a better fit to play guard in the NFL. Either way, his name has been linked to Philly a time or two, especially after they hosted him on a pre-draft visit.

You know ‘The Birds’ like versatile linemen who can play multiple positions, and if Philly goes with Ford at pick 25, that may not be seen as flashy or sexy but it is as solid a pick as they can make.

In the NFL, solid always trumps flashy.
