We are only about 24 hours away from the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft. Here are a few names Eagles fans should keep an eye out heading into Thursday Night.

It’s almost here. The 2019 NFL Draft is the first significant event since the start of the new league year, and depending on how your team fares, you could be either set up for long-term success or forced to enter rebuilding mode. The Philadelphia Eagles have been on both sides of that fence and are primed to set themselves up for sustained success if they can get some serious impact players this year.

The Eagles have had a lot of success in the first round of the draft in recent years. Players like Lane Johnson, Carson Wentz, Fletcher Cox, Brandon Graham, and Derek Barnett are looked at as cornerstones of the team. And other picks such as Nelson Agholor have made significant contributions to the team’s recent run of success as well. But we would be remiss if we didn’t mention players like Danny Watkins and Marcus Smith as cautionary tales and lessons on what not to do if you want to be successful. With all that being said, let’s take a look at who fans should keep an eye on heading into Thursday.
