With the 2019 NFL Draft officially wrapped up, how did the Philadelphia Eagles do with their five new selections?

At last, the Philadelphia Eagles are through with the 2019 NFL Draft. It’s been a long time coming, but it’s time for all 32 NFL squads to put the combine performances and interviews in the past, and take these young rookies to the gridiron for the first phase of the offseason soon. The Eagles will have a ton of young prospects entering OTAs and Camp this year, and there’s no guarantee that everybody will be on board when September rolls around.

However, just because a ton of rookies and veterans will get cut, it doesn’t mean everybody loses a spot. From what we know, at least five rookies should make the Eagles final roster. While one of them could be the odd man out, it’s expected that the guys the Eagles drafted to sign should make the final roster. The Eagles entered into the draft with seven picks, but a few trades cut them down to five selections.

Is it an ideal scenario that the Eagles only have five draft picks? Well, it could be better. But the Eagles front office likes to preach quality over quantity. Plus, with one of their late round picks, the Eagles acquired a veteran defensive tackle.

We all know every year the Eagles find one or two guys who go undrafted but are good enough to make the team at some point. Here though, we won’t focus on the undrafted part of the roster. We will go through each individual pick and grade it based off of our analysis. So, how did the Eagles do in the 2019 NFL Draft?
