Joe Douglas came to the Philadelphia Eagles to help build Super Bowl-caliber rosters. How has he done to this point?

Smiles are pretty wide around the Philadelphia Eagles fan base today. We imagine it’s the same vibe around the Novacare Complex as we’ve learned Joe Douglas will hold onto his title of Vice President of Player Personnel for a little while longer. He’s declined the offer by the New York Jets.

If neither side budges, it appears we may have the possibility of seeing another Douglas-led draft in April of 2020. Until then, let’s celebrate his temporary stay with the team and take a look at what he’s done in each of the last three selection meetings.
