Offensive line (10)

The verdict: Jason Peters, Andre Dillard, Lane Johnson, Brandon Brooks, Jason Kelce, Matt Pryor, Jordan MailataIsaac Seumalo, Stefen WisniewskiHalapoulivaati Vaitai aka ‘Big V’

The argument: To make long stories short, these are the best offensive linemen on this team. Everyone’s in love with Jordan Mailata because the story is cool, but Pryor and Wisniewski should be able to beat out a guy who started playing American football last season.

Philly may go with nine guys here, but we’re going to give the nod to ten. If nine make the active roster, the former rugby standout figures to sit on the practice squad for another season, but he should also stay ready. If there are any injuries, he may be promoted to the active roster.

Related Story. Brandon Brooks’ recovery should not be taken lightly. light

The running backs (4)

The verdict: Jordan Howard, Corey Clement, Miles Sanders and Wendell Smallwood

The argument: Everyone’s in love with Boston Scott because of his return ability, but to be honest, Smallwood is a better option. Josh Adams is in if Philly goes with five running backs, a very real possibility, but he’s also battled injuries.

If he’s out, it won’t be because of a lack of ability. It will be because he fell victim to the numbers game.

Wide receivers (5)

The verdict: Alshon Jeffery, DeSean Jackson, Nelson Agholor, JJ Arcega-Whiteside, Mack Hollins

The argument: You know the favorites by now, and you’ve all heard about how good the rookie is. We think Hollins gets healthy and makes the team as well. Many believe cutting him will be a mistake.

That means the end of the road for Shelton Gibson in an Eagles jersey.
