Tight ends (3)

The verdict: Zach Ertz, Dallas Goedert, Richard Rodgers

The argument: Zach Ertz and Dallas Goedert are on this team. You know that. Well, don’t you? We’re also taking Rodgers as the guy that we think makes the roster as the third tight end.

The specialists  (3)

The verdict: Jake Elliott (kicker), Cameron Johnston (punter), Rick Lovato (Longsnapper)

The argument: Those three are easy. Everybody good? Okay, let’s move on.

Quarterbacks (3)

The verdict: Carson Wentz, Nate Sudfeld, Clayton Thorson

The argument: Eagles chairman and CEO Jeffrey Lurie went on record and said he wants Philly to take a quarterback in every draft going forward. After seeing how important it is to have a Nick Foles on the squad, how can you blame him?

dark. Next. Don Smolenski, New Kids on the Block

Foles is gone now, but everyone seems to be pretty happy with Nate Sudfeld. Philly granted the boss’ wish by taking Clayton Thorson in the 2019 NFL Draft, and to be honest, it’s hard to imagine a scenario where they keep Cody Kessler over any of those two.

You already know who the franchise is right? You know the guy, the tall guy from North Dakota. Look guys. We almost made it through an entire story about Philly’s roster without mentioning Carson Wentz. It’s kind of hard to do though, for obvious reasons.
