Jalen Mills, Cornerback

Ahhhhh, it’s ‘The Green Goblin’ portion of the list. Sometimes, we bring up him biting on the double moves too much. There’s a bit of feast or famine with Mills, but we’ve all learned by now that he’s clearly worth more than the seventh-round draft selection Philly spent on him in 2016.

He should make the roster in 2019, but is he assured of a spot on this team past that? The coming regular season will go a long way in determing in that’s the case.

Vinny Curry, Defensive Tackle

The last time the Eagles extended Curry, buyers remorse came quickly. Then, he went to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and they gave up on him after a single season. This time, Philly gave him a one-year deal. Don’t look now, this may be his final shot at earning a big payday.

Josh Adams, Running Back

Here’s how you define ‘roller coaster’. You go from being an undrafted free agent to the starting running back on the defending Super Bowl Champions.

The Eagles added a running back in both the draft (Miles Sanders) and via trade (Jordan Howard). Before we ask if Adams is in line for a payday, we may need to ask if he even makes the roster. The next guy we’ll mention on this list is one of the reasons why.
