4. Darren Sproles wins the NFL’s comeback player of the year.
First things first. Darren Sproles has to win a job on this Eagles roster. For whatever reason, we at ITI are split on this subject. Some of us think he makes the roster. Some of us thinks he won’t. Let’s just say he does. After everything he’s been through over the last two seasons, he won’t stop with a spot on the roster.
He won’t stop until that final season in a storied career ends magically. This old man is going to have a good season.
5. Philly’s defense leads the league in sacks.
On paper, this team has the best pass rush in the NFL. On the field, they’ll prove that all the hype was right. Led by the likes of the aforementioned Barnett and Brandon Graham, everyone will get involved in a week after week sack party.
Philly’s defensive line will spearhead a unit that leads the league in sacks.
