8. The Eagles clinch the NFC East by Week 16 and earn a first-round bye.

Expect some close games. Expect some uncertain moments, but all of that will strengthen this team as 2019’s regular season progresses. When it’s all said and done, Philly will prove they’re among the league’s best, not just on paper but on the field as well.

Philly will tip the scales in the NFC East, sweep the Dallas Cowboys and wrap up the division with a victory over their rivals in Week 16.

9. Philly sends six starters to the Pro Bowl.

Success brings attention to any NFL franchise, and history has shown us the more successful teams send more players to the Pro Bowl. Expect six starters to be voted to the Pro Bowl. Hopefully, they won’t need to play in it though. This team has a bigger game in mind.

10. Carson Wentz wins league MVP.

40 touchdowns, a healthy season, and the expected hype that comes with playing the most recognizable position in all of sports will get the ‘Wentz Wagon’ cranked up and rolling again. In his second season, Wentz was a legitimate candidate to win the NFL’s MVP trophy, and he might have taken it had he completed the entire 16-game schedule.

In 2019, he’ll make good on some unfinished business.
