Let’s explore some possible trade targets.

Joe Walker

Does anybody remember this guy? walker began his NFL career in Philadelphia as a sixth-round draft selection in 2016. Yep, that was the same class that brought in a franchise quarterback that you may have heard of.

Walker didn’t sizzle much in an Eagles jersey, but that isn’t just because of skill. At the time, there were really just some better guys on the roster at the position. Then, there were the injuries. On August 18th of 2016, he tore his ACL in a preseason game against the Pittsburgh Steelers and was placed on the team’s IR (injured reserve) ten days later.

In Week 12 of the following season, he suffered a neck injury and was placed on injured reserve again just four days after Christmas. Now, with the Arizona Cardinals, he’s, again, a teammate of another former Eagles linebacker Jordan Hicks.

Walker has 17 total tackles in his NFL career, but he’s familiar with Jim Schwartz‘s defense. If he’s past the injuries, he may be worth taking a look at.
