39. Quintin Demps

Quintin Demps‘ numbers aren’t going to overwhelm anyone, but he was solid for Philly at a time when Philly needed some quality reps at defensive back.

38. Cecil Martin

Cecil Martin was drafted by the Eagles 172nd overall in 1999 and was the fullback on three very good Eagles teams between 2000 to 2002.

37. Tom Woodeshick

Tom Woodeshick was drafted in the eighth round (102nd overall) of 1963’s NFL Draft and stayed with Philly until 1971. Jaylen Watkins, Sean Considine, and Tre Sullivan have all worn number 37, but none of those guys made a Pro Bowl. Woodeshick was voted in after 1968’s regular season.

36. Brian Westbrook

Some names on this list shouldn’t be a surprise, and this is one of them. There hasn’t been anyone to wear 36 in an Eagles jersey who was better than Brian Westbrook before his tenure, and there hasn’t been anyone ever since that can make that same claim.

35. Pete Pihos

Pete Pihos‘ last game was in 1955 and he’s still the fourth-leading receiver in Eagles history with 373 receptions. He’s fifth in receiving yards with 6,117, and he’s the most beloved Eagle to ever wear the number 35.
