19. Tom Dempsey

Most of Tom Dempsey‘s mark was made with the New Orleans Saints, but he had a nice four-year run with the Eagles too. he’s definitely had the best run of anyone to wear the number 19 with the Eagles.

18. Jeremy Maclin

Jeremy Maclin edges out another great Eagles receiver in Ben Hawkins. Over the course of 102 games, Hawkins hauled in 261 receptions, 4,764 receiving yards, and 32 touchdowns. Maclin snagged 343 receptions for 4,771 yards and 36 trips to the end zone in 75 games as an Eagles receiver.

17. Harold Carmichael

It’s hard to imagine Alshon Jeffery exceeding what Carmichael did in an Eagles jersey. That’s not to say that it won’t happen. That’s just a testament to how good he was, so here are two things. How is Harold Carmichael not in the Pro Football Hall of Fame? How is his jersey not retired already?

16. Norm Snead

Norm Snead threw for 15,672 yards and 111 touchdowns over the course of seven years in an Eagles jersey and earned a trip to the Pro Bowl in 1965 for his efforts.

15. Steve Van Buren

Steve Van Buren won two NFL Championships with the Eagles (1948 and 1949) to go along with six First-team All-Pro nods (1944–1949) and four NFL rushing titles (1945, 1947–1949). He also led the NFL in rushing touchdowns four times (1945, 1947, 1948, and 1949).

He’s also a member of the NFL 1940s All-Decade Team and the NFL 75th Anniversary All-Time Team. His number 15 is also retired by the organization.
