The running backs (4)

The verdict: Jordan Howard, Corey Clement, Miles Sanders, and Darren Sproles

The argument: Some say Philly should keep five running backs. That’s mostly due to the recent injury history we’ve seen with Darren Sproles. If that’s the case, pencil in Wendell Smallwood. Philly probably keeps one running back on the practice squad, but that can’t be Smallwood. He’s spent too much time on the active roster.

The Eagles may finally be ready to move on from Donnel Pumphrey, but they’ll be patient with Corey Clement. He hasn’t been able to do much this Summer, but we all know what he’s capable of when he’s healthy.

Expect Philly to keep four running backs with that being Howard, Clement, Sanders, and Sproles.
