3.  Andy Reid ( 1999-2012)

Andy Reid is easily the most argued coach in Eagles history about where he is placed all-time. Some could argue he is the best just because he is the all-time leader in wins in Eagles history. However, others could argue he is lower down due to him not winning enough of the biggest games.

Top three is perfect, because, despite his short comings, he did have plenty of success during his tenure in Philadelphia. Especially after being tasked with bringing the team back to success after back-to-back losing seasons.

Reid had the cards stacked against him early in his time in Philly. He dealt with a roster that was not very talented at first and was starting a young quarterback. He changed the mindset of the team and the fan base reasonably quickly, and over the course of the next 13 seasons, Reid won the division six times, appeared in five NFC Championship games and one Super Bowl.

Unfortunately, the title of Super Bowl champion still alludes him to this day. Had he won a Super Bowl, he would almost certainly be number one, but alas he could never do it, and while the drought continues to haunt him with the Kansas City Chiefs, he could retire as the greatest coach to never win a Super Bowl.
