The 2nd best: Michael Vick

By far, Michael Vick’s best season for the Eagles was in 2010.

That year, he was the backup. Kevin Kolb was supposed to be the man and the future, but when he was injured at the hands of Clay Matthews (another Packer) on opening day, Vick was forced to step in.

He didn’t disappoint. He almost led Philly back in that one, and he started 11 games that season, Vick played so well, that he was the runner up for league MVP. That honor would go to Tom Brady, but Vick would be awarded the Comeback Player of the Year Award for helping the team capture the NFC East title.

Vick seemed every bit as electric as he was with the Atlanta Falcons, only this time, he was more of a polished passer, and he was able to revitalize his career in Philadelphia.
