In preparation for Sunday’s clash between the Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Redskins, Inside the Iggles sat down with a wiz on the ‘Skins.

You can definitely thank us later for this one. In the name of doggone good journalism, Inside the Iggles made a call in preparation for Sunday’s opener. You probably don’t have to be reminded of this, but the football games start counting towards the win-loss total now. Week 1 features two NFC East clashes. The latter features the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants. In the early slate of games, there’s one no Philadelphia Eagles fan has any intention of missing. Philly hosts the Washington Redskins.

The opponent is familiar. The venue, Lincoln Financial Field, is familiar. Eagles fans and the media are familiar with the opposing quarterback, Case Keenum. They’re familiar with the opposing coach, Jay Gruden, and for reasons that may bring up some bad memories, they’re also knowledgeable of a few of the Redskins’ stars, Ryan Kerrigan for instance.

Where things may get hazy is no one knows what to expect from Washington in Week 1. For more on that, we enlisted Jacob Camenker, He’s the site expert over at Riggo’s Rag. That’s FanSided‘s site dedicated to content on the ‘Skins. Mr. Camenker obliged. What follows are some of the results of that conversation.
