The Philadelphia Eagles are set to take on the Washington Redskins this week for NFL Week 1.

We’re almost there! NFL Week 1 has technically kicked off on Thursday, but the Philadelphia Eagles have to wait until Sunday to make their debut. It feels like we just wrapped up the 2018 season not too long ago, but that’s because we went through a busy offseason.

A busy offseason that flew by. In typical Eagles fashion, they made tons of moves to better the team with multiple signings and trades. Despite heading into training camp walloped with injuries, the Birds are finally beginning to get healthy too.

There’s no final injury report as of right now, but a lot of the key players who were fighting through injuries throughout the summer can finally return for the first week of the season. This year, the Eagles will open up the schedule up against the Washington Redskins at home.

As the Redskins have tons of holes on their roster, including critical injuries as well, it comes as no surprise the Eagles are favorited in this one. However, it is necessary to understand that week one could be anybody’s ball game. So everybody on board has to be on their A-Game. With that, which five Eagles are key to a victory over the Redskins?
