There have been 100 NFL seasons and decades of great Philadelphia Eagles football. What would a team of the all-time greats look like?

The NFL has been going all out to celebrate its 100th anniversary, and rightfully so. Throughout the last century, the league has seen itself grow into the new great American past-time.  The Philadelphia Eagles have been a mainstay in the league since 1933, making them a near-90-year-old franchise.

With the NFL set to unveil it’s 100th Anniversary Team soon, in a tradition where we’ve also seen a 50th and 75th-anniversary team. It makes one wonder. What would an all-time great Eagles team look like? The franchise has its version. Inside the Iggles has ours.

Let’s take a look at who would crack the starting lineup if the Eagles were to roll out their greatest ever players for one game. It doesn’t matter if it’s midnight green, kelly green, or, yes even the dreaded “white helmet” era.

Every era of Eagles football has been explored. Every starter from every team has been considered. We don’t care if they played in Connie Mack Stadium, Franklin Field, Veterans Stadium, or Lincoln Financial Field. These aren’t necessarily the greatest players ever (in most cases they are). These are ITI’s picks. This is our squad, constructed our way.

For starters, who will coach this bunch?
