Isaiah Oliver, cornerback

After monster games from Alshon Jeffery and DeSean Jackson in Week 1, you can bet your last dollar that the Falcons’ secondary spent a lot of time preparing for them in their meeting room. On Sunday night, the assignment of limiting Philly’s explosive pass catchers falls in the hands of Isaiah Oliver and Desmond Trufant.

Isaiah Oliver is a little less experienced with only three starts in 15 career games. He’s hauled in an interception, batted down seven passes, and given up three touchdowns on 29 career targets.

It’s safe to say he’s solid, but whoever he covers will have some opportunities.

Vic Beasley, defensive end

Vic Beasley may be the most recognizable of the Atlanta starters who don’t play on offense. He’s very versatile, having played both linebacker and defensive end in his career, and he played in all 16 games in 2018. That includes eight starts, and he’s racked up 20 total tackles and five sacks in the process.

Trust and believe that the Eagles’ coaches have devised a plan for him.
