What’s your prediction for how this one plays out? Who wins on Sunday?

Mullenax: After watching the Lions collapse against the lowly Arizona Cardinals in Week 1 and after seeing them try desperately to lose against the Los Angeles Chargers in Detroit’s home opener, I have little confidence that this team is prepared to go into Philadelphia and pull out an upset win over the Eagles.

Sure, they managed to find a way to pull out a miraculous victory in Week 2. Still, even with that being said, I also don’t believe we’ve seen the best of the Lions yet as offseason injuries have hindered the play of some of their bigger names.

Detroit dominated the Cardinals for more than three quarters before things started going downhill, so you have to admit that this is a team that has shown glimpses of relevance, and they always seem to have a puncher’s chance. Still, everything points to a dominant Eagles victory here. The final score: Detroit Lions 16, Philadelphia Eagles, 34.
