The Philadelphia Eagles need tons of help from a handful of underperforming players this week against the Detroit Lions.

Well, week two is in the bag, and we’re trying to get past it. As you know, the Philadelphia Eagles didn’t put on their most inspiring performance. As we saw glimpses of the 2017 team in week one’s successful effort — we saw more of 2018’s team in the week two loss.

Are the Eagles overrated? It’s too early to tell honestly. It was just one loss on the road, and it’s not like they lost by more than one possession. In all reality, they got off to the same start during their Super Bowl-winning year as well, and the same type of overreactions was created.

However, we can’t just sit here and act like everything will be a cakewalk moving forward. The Eagles have issues on their team, and a handful of guys really need to step up their game moving forward. After seeing such an uninspiring performance on Sunday Night Football against the Atlanta Falcons, which Philadelphia Eagles need to step up against the Detroit Lions?
