3. Give Jordan Howard the ball!

Remember when LeGarrette Blount was ignored in 2017 and got no work when the Eagles traveled to Arrowhead Stadium to face the Kansas City Chiefs? It kind of reminds you of what we’re seeing with Jordan Howard in 2019.

Everyone understands what Doug Pederson means when he says he wants to spread the ball around the Eagles backfield to help keep guys fresh all season, but we’re past that Coach. Help your quarterback out. Darren Sproles is old. Miles Sanders is inexperienced. Corey Clement is injured. Get the ball to Howard!

4. What role will Greg Ward play?

Greg Ward has done everything the Eagles have asked him to do. We all know he can play, but Philly just always seemed to have better receivers, and he would always fall victim to the numbers game. That was the case again in 2019 as Ward was relegated to practice squad duty again.

Thanks to several twists in this season’s plot, Ward’s been promoted. Could he be the cure for what’s been, at times, an ailing offense?
