Los Angeles Chargers (1 – 2) at Miami Dolphins (0 – 3)

Venue and weather: Hard Rock Stadium, Light Rain, 87°F at kickoff

Prediction: At long last, Josh Rosen has a starting job. Who knows why no one wants to give this guy the keys to the franchise, but it seems Brian Flores is willing to try anything at this point to gain some traction as this is one of the worst teams many of us have ever seen.

Last week, Rosen played well in the first half, but he couldn’t lead the Miami Dolphins to any points in the second. This week, he’ll have some chances to make some things happen, but let’s be honest. There’s only so much he can do, and the Los Angeles Chargers are the better team at the moment. They’ll win this one. Final Score: Chargers 17, Dophins10

Tennessee Titans (1 – 2) at Atlanta Falcons (1 – 2)

Venue and weather: Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Indoors but if they open the roof, Sunny, 88°F

Prediction: Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons continue to be one of the most puzzling franchises in the National Football League. Seasons pass, and it’s the same old story in Atlanta. It’s impossible to know what you get from one game to the next.

Here’s something we can agree on. They’re better at most of the important positions than the Tennessee Titans are, especially at quarterback. Atlanta gets a much-needed win at home in this one (maybe). Who knows? Again, this is the Falcons we’re talking about. Final Score: Titans 17, Falcons 27
