Lavert Hill, CB, Michigan Wolverines
Well, fans of the Michigan Wolverines aren’t going to want to hear this, but ‘The Game’ is probably going to produce another loss for the maize and blue. Even still, Michigan has a lot of NFL talent everywhere.
As it stands now, Lavert Hill can come off of draft boards anywhere between the latter part of the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft and the early part of the fourth, but a solid campaign in 2019 can improve his draft status. He’s already snagged his first interception of 2019, but we could see him get a couple more before this season’s conclusion.
Troy Pride Jr. Notre Dame Fighting Irish
Troy Pride Jr.‘s racked up 86 total tackles and three interceptions during 28 career games with the Irish, and with the amount of national attention they get, he could be one of the household names by the time we start talking about the Combine in 2020.
Honorable mention: Dane Jackson (Pitt Panthers) Chase Lucas (Arizona State Sun Devils), A.J. Green (Oklahoma State Cowboys), Jeff Gladney (TCU Horned Frogs)
