9. C.J. Mosley, linebacker

C.J. Mosley was having a good game versus the Buffalo Bills before leaving the game with a groin injury. He, like Darnold, can be considered a key piece of what the Jets are trying to build in New York, but the status of both is up in the air as of now.

If he can’t go, Albert McClellan figures to start in his place.

10. Le’Veon Bell, running back

This offseason, Le’Veon Bell was one of the guys every team wanted, but few were going to pay the price tag that it was going to take to land him. You can throw the Eagles in that category as his name was linked to Philly in several rumors.

In the minds of some Jets fans, they’d like to see a little more from a guy their team is giving $52.5 million over the next four years to ($35 million of that is guaranteed), but what everyone has to remember that this is the Jets, There’s only so much a man can do, and he’s not going to break three big plays per game.

Next. 3 Areas the Eagles must improve on immediately. dark

If you need the stats, here they are. Bell’s racked up 163 rushing yards on 56 attempts. That gives him 2.9 yards per attempt. No one else on the team has carried the ball more than seven times. He’s also second on the team in receptions as he’s pulled in 20 receptions for another 121 yards and a receiving touchdown.

Jim Schwartz and company will know where he is at all times.
