Another week has come and gone in the NFL. Another week has revealed a ton of surprises. The Philadelphia Eagles‘ recent loss to the Minnesota Vikings probably doesn’t fall in that category, but all losses aren’t created equally. That was a bad-looking and somewhat spirit-crushing defeat, and it revealed that Philly’s in much worse shape than we may have originally imagined.

Every dark cloud has a silver lining though, and here’s yours if you love ‘The Birds’. They’re 3-3. They get a Dallas Cowboys team this week that’s also struggling, and a win gives them sole possession of being in first place atop the NFC East.
