The Seattle Seahawks would have moved up a spot this week had it not been for two straight amazing performances by the 49ers and the Packers, which led to their climb in just about everyone’s power rankings after Week 6.

If the season ended today, Russell Wilson would be the NFL’s MVP. If he’s on the field, the ‘Hawks have a shot, and he’s started all 118 games of his NFL career. Don’t be surprised if Seattle gets their chance at a rematch with the Pats in Super Bowl LIV.

Clemson Tigers head coach Dabo Swinney was right. Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson is Michael Jordan. If you haven’t seen this guy play, especially this season, you might want to kick your feet up, pop some popcorn and pull up a little YouTube or some game film.

Watson is worth the price of admission. Throw out the interceptions this past Sunday. Watson will be fine. Think a young Michael Vick who’s better at reading coverages. Vick ran because he had to. With Watson, it’s just another component to an already polished game.
