1. Miles Sanders, RB

So far, Miles Sanders’ rookie season has received mixed reviews. Some games, he looks solid and offers the Eagles some helpful contributions. Other times, it feels like he simply cannot hit the hole and create positive runs.

If we’re being blunt, Sanders has not been a great runner through the first six weeks of the season. His vision is off, and more often than not, he’s trying to bounce every carry outside; instead of just taking the lane the offensive line paved for him.

It’s disappointing that a second-round running back has yet to grasp that part of his game, but at least Sanders showed promise in other departments. One would be pass protection. On Sunday, Sanders had another solid day in the blocking game. Also, he’s proven to be productive in the passing game as well, as he’s established himself as one of the Eagles’ most reliable deep threats with DeSean Jackson currently out of the picture.
