3. Fletcher Cox, DT

At this point, everybody believes they are watching the ghost of Fletcher Cox out there. Last season, Cox led the Eagles entire defensive line in sacks. This year, he hasn’t even picked up a single one yet — and that includes last week’s dominant game.

To be honest, Cox has been pretty productive for the last three weeks now. We do not see it on the stat sheets, but the film doesn’t lie. Cox is creating pressure, and he’s also been reliable in stopping the run as well. With Malik Jackson and Timmy Jernigan out, all of the attention on the inside goes to No. 91 because he’s so dominant.

Despite getting double the work sent his way, Cox has still done a nice job up front. On Sunday, he finished with five total tackles, a tackle for a lass, and also got a hit in on the quarterback. Once Jernigan returns back to the lineup, Cox will more than likely offer a lot more production for the defense up front, which will go a long way down the stretch.
